Originally, the board basically said we had no choice but to capitulate and sell to the predator for a huge loss. Now, they claim that they are the only ones capable of taking CTP forward. Mr Chairman, in that case why did you not deny the predator in the first place and implement this " strategy"? That is before burning 3 million bucks on a load of wasted paper.
Seriously, who is going to fall for this. Poppycock and balderdash I say. My recommendation is to spill the board and unlock the true value of OUR company.
Do we want to go back to the days of silence, not knowing what is going on and, remember this, every time there is an Ann the SP goes down. Consolidation 5 times? All the advice was against this. What a doozy!
