Retail stampedes in and out, in a whim.
Insto's strategically buy and sell, they are probably waiting for a CR (that may never come, depending on the size of the offtake pre-payment we can negotiate). Also, buying up $50k to $100k shares is easy. I can't imagine an insto buying a decent size parcel, without the share price rocketing to +90c.
