Do you really think anyone has the ability to investigate and prove something of this nature. Unless there are people willing to own up to being a party to insider trading or someone heard the whispers around the office and are willing to come forward, otherwise it is almost impossible to prove. Just because it can't be proven it doesn't mean it doesn't happen.
