Cottee probably had a reverie when he saw the offer from Macquarie. It was an opportunity to get rid of the shareholders who wouldn't give him money he wanted to raise in 2015. He had no relationship with shareholders and no identifiable boss to get direction from. Low balling the company to Macquarie would have meant he had a boss to get direction from and no public interrogative processes to negotiate ( no small shareholders). The beginnings of the current mess can be traced back at least that far. Cottee and the Board must go. I don't want them managing my wealth potential.
