wow, now I am even more pissed, not only I lost 47k on shares, I sold valuable shares with loss (needed to offset profits) because there was no information coming out to us-shareholders about this CCC capital loss !?!
as administrators, McGrathNicol should have had access to shareholders contact info (like emails) and shareholders should have been notified as soon as McGrathNicol established CCC is officially done and dusted. They knew this information on 22/06/2017, yet I would have not know if Andrew didn't post it here, on online discussion forums...
I get email notifications for IPO, get emails from companies trying to raise capital, I get mail for this too, BUT DID GET NOTHING from CCC regarding their bankruptcy.
Correct me if I am wrong, but I really don't think SH should be actively chasing up write-offs like CCC instead of being informed in timely matter by administrators..
what a joke.
