I keep saying ...read my lips...the court MUST approve any settlement and if it's not fair it doesn't get approved. Any shareholder effected may seek the court disapprove settlement. I am going to seek independent advise to consider just that.

I agree with you about registration deadlines so I'm also surprised to hear people can pile in now. ACA says you can no longer register so how come MB?
