Having said that I tend to agree with your stance. SGH have let you down, they deserve to pay.
There'll likely be a counter suit from WTG anyway, and SGH will already have to secure funds to repay WTG's defense costs, sadly for investors here, not the other way around I'm afraid.
So it seems SGH appear to be set on a path to destruction anyway.
