That is what I love about this stock, cash receipts are higher than revenue, ie customers are paying up front, what a terrible thing!! $4M extra in the bank compared to last quarter. As the majority of the time cash receipts follow revenue, surely in this instance with it being the other way round cash receipts should be what is being concentrated on. Have you thought about the tax implications, tax paid on profits not cash flow, therefore tax deferred till next year for cash received this year, another terrible thing, or no tax this year but we already have the money in the bank this year to spend to increase profits and offset gains for next year.
In simple terms, "two birds in the hand is significantly better than one in the bush". I just can't work out why everyone is so worried about revenue as it is just a quirk of accounting in this instance.
