ML come out today and say $7.
However, they say NPV is ranging between $8 - $10, depending what they want to derisk and when.
Then they conclude in their daily and morning note:
"Risk to upside" not once but twice.
Gees, if that didn't SCREAM out BUY, I don't know what does.
Easy money.
