    Also, I am not a dreamer...and if Macquarie had come back with a third increased offer in the last 2 weeks...I would hv taken it..to avoid all this angst!!... But also this SOA simply stank!...Why not an on market / hostile takeover...rather than a cosy little SOA deal....that cost CTP 2-3 mill plus all the massive lost opportunity costs of the current times.

    The Board was/is clearly dysfunctional!!!
