WES have done a great deal.
They have used their big jump in share price to aquire CGJ.
If you value CGJ at pre-bid WES price you get .2843*36.9+4=14.74
They have used the market's belief they will do a better job at owning CGJ to discount the amount they pay for them.
The next challange will be to bed the whole lot down and make it work. WES have a record of doing that well.
