I would not be worried about Hunter Hall. Peter Hall and Hunter Hall they have there own problems and this wont affect AQQ/POS or the MOU.

I would be more focused on the MOU which is to be completed by roughly 10 September 2017, approx. 60 days from July 10.

Given that POS have allowed another miner use there facilities such as Kidman Resources with Lake Johnston Nickel Plant there is HIGH probability that this deal will get done. I would focused on the other shareholders not Hunter Hall at all have strong shareholdings in this potential gold miner..
