I meant that the first line would be at full capacity run rate by end of 2018. This of course could be much sooner. Trying to be conservative. lol. Given the need for speed by our Chinese partners given the incredible opportunity provided by the 5 year plan. As Richard said as soon as the plant is installed the partners will be earning a very profitable income from day 1 for the next 20 years plus. Once installed the opex is minimal and the plant is estimated to have a minimum life of 20 years. These plants are cash cows for the owners and very much set and forget. The owners can go and sit on the beach in Bali and just monitor the plant from their mobile phone while sipping pina coladas.
