When you consider the possible contract with Gehzouba alone for 10,000 modules in the first year full production by December 2018 does not really fit in with the fact that many other partners in China will also be keen to get a lot of plants in during 2018. Then there's the ROW?
I'd guess they would have to already be talking about at least a second production line. Maybe the existing RWL plants can be brought into the production of modules.
