    Rosatom have not "pulled out" their uranium assets. They have suspended the mine development. Common sense would say with the depressed uranium price they are quite happy to wait.
    In addition, Rosatom want to use Magnis graphite for the construction of their many worldwide projects. The offtake isn't contingent on if their Tanzanian mine goes ahead or not.
