Yes, Phil Hodges (founder of Metrics) sold 1.6m shares after the capital raising (in September, 2016). He bought 1.6m shares as part of the capital raising (in July, 2016). He still holds 6.7m shares today.
Apart from Scott Richards exercising his options and acquiring 3.5m shares in May (he now holds 27m), Bruce Mathieson topped up in March, adding a few hundred thousand shares (he now holds 90m). The directors won't be able to transact until the results are announced in August.
Fears about generic price deflation and legal action have been holding the share price down. That's understandable, but the performance of each of the business units has been very good. The TEVA portfolio was acquired in a forced sale for a very good price (6x EBITDA), the Specialty Brands Division is performing well with Doryx MPC and the Fabior and Sorilux range. Let's see if the sentiment improves with any upcoming news.
