The major HR change since Howard was toppled over a scare campaign on work choices has been the rise and rise of FWA, the result being increasing casualisation of the workforce as pretty much the one of the only reliefs available to business ... unintended consequence and collateral damage are owned largely by Labor for the over-reach they have gifted FWA.
