I have also been reading with interest the comments on subscriber numbers.

What we do know that is anything that is data free or zero rated on Verizon's network is using Syntonic's CSP. We will be receiving a per month per user fee.

Verizon have completed the Yahoo acquisition and currently have 1.3b subscribers.


We will soon have the opportunity to generate revenue from 17.5% of the global population based on our agreement with Verizon. And Yes, it will require Verizon to finalise their product offerings to this client base over the next 6 months to reach its full potential.

IMO, the opportunity for 'meaningful or hockey stick revenue' is with Verizon. The success or lack of will be confirmed in the June, Sept and Dec quarterlies. The commentary on what the company is "not" doing loses sight of the enormous opportunity we have with our current agreement. IMO, this bird in the hand is a Golden Goose.

I acknowledge that we have a high risk profile whilst so much relies on 1 agreement. I am confident that we can be de-risked significantly with the addition of Tier 1 telcos once the IOS Overpass is complete shortly.

The balance of the revenue opportunities will be generated from Freeway, Overpass, Dataflex and the opportunity to expand the current agreement with TATA's to include Overpass IMO.
