Why would share holders involved with ND vote to retain this rabble on the chance they might themselves be able to spill the board later on, giving Cottee and Co time to assist MB to privatise one way or other, ie, MB making another low ball offer of say 30c, .... and then they get it over the line, no ND board, no OptionCo board, ... no share holders, CTP done and dusted.
And odds would be Cottee and some others in management continuing employment with Macquarie bank.
We will be lucky to have enough votes to get rid of the board, without ND assisting Cottee and CO.
Cottee and Co must GO.
