KDR and SQM JV likely is 4Mtpa, hence probably will save US$27/t. PLS do have tantalite credit US$75, but it also complicated process, increased cost, KDR grade is 15% higher than PLS's, since KDR and PLS are at similar depth, if we presume JV's 4 mtpa  cost is as same as PLS 2 Mtpa's cost, and 36 years mine life, we will get the JV's post tax NPV10 $709 million.
