Its pretty simple. He is trying to say because there was a large sell down on the last few announcements the stock is shot to hell. Basically the sell off based on emotional fear within the market, not factual information provided by the company is the apparent reason the stock is now dead.. laughable.
Yes we all have fear that the hole might not uncover the initial potential needed to provided commercial grade oil at a profitable measure however i think we are all aware of that outcome.
IMO the sell down below the SMA of 200 is a perfect time to buy! Risk versus reward here.
