I like the fact no dilution as yet in this deal.yes you could say, but we were diluted 50%if you took it at face value. if you look at it in gross $ ie 40000 ton x $21000 hydroxide or bit less for carbonate with refinery or 4mtx6% spod at 900t good deal imo. understand lots off info unknown but current share price values our 50% less than they intend to pay!!!!. keeping mine glta
