  1. re: q-vis capturing interest? You could well be right Munch, but the key will be the joint venture between CustomVis, a successful UK eye laser treatment Co and Q-Vis.
Dr Paul Van Saarloos and Mr Simon Gordon were the originators of the technology but left after boardroom disputes to form CustomVis. It could well be in their interests to have Q-Vis up and running, considering they are the majority shareholders.

Definitely high risk but circumstances have altered the profile of company, one would think for the better long term.

Ascent Capital have had some success with the recapitalisation of delisted Cos, including those mentioned previously. Is QVL the next one?

    IMHO

"he Company proposes to raise sufficient working capital to carry out its activities and adopt a
strategy of using external expertise and intellectual capital to further the development of the
Company’s technology via the Joint Venture in an attempt to increase the value of its assets.
Q-Vis retains Intellectual Property that will form the basis of a 49:51 Joint Venture with Dr Paul
Van Saarloos and Mr Simon Gordon.
The aims of the Joint Venture will be to initially evaluate the entire Q-Vis Intellectual Property
portfolio to determine which parts of the portfolio should be maintained for future development
    and possible commercialisation."
