I think you've missed my points - I'm not against share incentive programs for executive management & employees (in fact I'm all for it) what I'm not in favour is of retrospectively awarding yourselves those entitlements and at the same time diluting current shareholders to do it. If they were to amend the vesting/conversion statements to include future targets and put a more reasonable price on the options I would vote in favour but as it stands I believe the directors are taking the piss out of current shareholders by proposing these resolutions.
