The fact is, as Anton has perfectly pointed out, this stock is effectively a shell at this point in time and a very attractive one as well.

270m shares on issue, with 125m of them recently being taken up by sophisticated investors. Digital4ge own 48m shares that you can reasonably assume won't be seeing the market anywhere near this level. The 27m shares (raising 270k) prior to this large raise were issued to 4 sophisticated investors.

That is 200m shares currently 'locked away/in safe hands' from this current basement level, leaving roughly ~70m shares as free float.

Recent market action suggests that this is going north from here
1) buy side is swelling
2) sell side is very thin
3) volume has mainly consisted of buying contrary to the mammoth selling that has seen this stock

As juicyy pointed out - $1.25m raised from capital raise + $270k from prior raise + $120k from SPP to retail holders puts the cash holding @ over $1.6m, a HUGE amount of cash for a company that has ONLY a $2.7m market cap putting the EV at a ridiculously low level.

As Anton has also rightly pointed out, a recent acquisition of theres sent the share price from as low as .007 to a high of .025 in a small space of time. RFN has much less baggage attached to it & can expect a similar run, if not higher in coming weeks IMO.
