Doing a deal with sqm doesn't mean wsa were snubbed, maybe they didn't come to the table? Kidmans geologists/exploration team aren't slouches either... the eg lithium deposit is shaped like a box, it's shallow dipping, is abrubtly constrained to the west and is open to the north and east from memory( long time since I looked at the modelling on here) anyway it is not, at this stage geologically complicated to dig up. The gold at Mt Holland is another story... I too would have liked to see WSA as the jv partner if for no other reason than because they're Aussies and are already there.
