Kimbo instead of pretending to fish for information you hope will encourage negative posts why not just work it out yourself, as you know If PE was successful then the only FAR could handle it was to sell on so the costs paid by WPL will become the responsibility of whomever buys it not FAR. so good try but no cigar.
