    That is 3 heavy weight additions to the team in as many months - Sorachak, Rodne and now Weaver.

    Amounting to a near total restage of management - covering all key bases - sales, product and leadership.

    I must confess I'm scratching my head a little.

    How can they be afforded? What attracted them all to this early stage company? When will they make a big impact? What role do the founders now perform?

    Interesting times.
