    When someone has more cash wanna accumulate then you as individuals cannot help but sit back and watch until they loaded up the cheapies. Or you individuals have done extended research and believe in this company and this will be the big play in the coming years...corrective play, pump up all buys at same time etc so now just let it slides and wait until Mid August then unleash ur magic.
