Just had it confirmed again with Adam.
Holding B's and using the ELF I DO NOT need to pay a single cent through the WHOLE process
The company will do a buy-back of the shares based on say a 15 Day Moving Average and I will have the conversion cost as well as the Interest I owe DEBITED via shares and the remaing shares will be mine.
That's it in a nutshell if you decide to go this way.
If there is a Take Over, nothing changes, conversion cost and interest accrued to that date.
