SRX is a far more superior company to Mayne. Both in terms of margin, returns to shareholders and market potential.
I realise that businesses will have their ups and downs; some will require investments to one day reap the rewards; and yes, companies do pay their directors and kmp shares too. Just that by two key measures thus far, Mayne has not shown itself to be a superior quality business at all.
