i was simply trying to outline how a pro woudl look at valuing the stock given someone was complaining about instos getting insiders view

i doubt they are. they just do the math as ive shown - look to see if there's meaningful upside vs current sp

i'd suggest this is the answer to @showstring's earlier post - ie this is why the sp stayed solid at 14c (have to look at both chi=-x and asx to know what price is) despite friday's big green candle
