    I unfortunately have been out of the loop a little bit lately - I understand NIA is undergoing a reconstruction and the name is changing etc. But what is happening with the price? I can see that the last price traded was $2.12 - when I believe yesterday it closed at $1.06. Are they doing a 2 for 1 deal so we now only have half the shares we did before hand?
