I doubt that a successful flow rate at Chinguetti has been factored in (paid out) - I would expect that a good result will see the sp above 80 cents as this will ensure funding and development. HDR is unusually quiet ahead of this result because buyers have disappeared - they will re-appear in force on a good result.
