TV2 will have it's own content, just because a subscriber is with X ISP doesn't mean they are locked into TV2 content, they're free to subscribe to whomever they wish. One issue is Netflix has content that they fund and is exclusive to it alone, and they have some good shows which will sway a certain percentage of subscribers because TV2 doesn't have the finances to produce their own shows and I suspect the range like a Netflix type can offer where they're competing in the same market. Price will come into it to a certain degree, but ultimately content is king.
