    But it's not. It's valuing it at $30m cash payment to KDR + $40m of KDR's future work + $40m of SQM's future work....add up how much of that is attributable to KDR. Or as @Cosmoterios said call someone to explain this to you. It's really not as difficult to comprehend as you seem to think.
