Russ, you aren't getting confused with PE's are you?
An EBITDA multiple is the purchase price divided the company's EBITDA (6.23m/1.84m=3.39 in this case). My question is if 2 of the companies being bought are going to get further payments on future performance on top of their purchase price, how accurate is the EBITDA multiple and why isn't that being shown somewhere? It has to affect the multiples I would have thought.
Anyway the more I look into the companies acquisitions the messier it gets, to my eye they seem to be rushing which goes against my investment style (which is similar to watching paint dry).
