yes it will depend on who owns what at the point 80 mill will be spent.
If KDR still holds 100% of MH at this point SQM will be spending it on 100% KDR owned MH so you are correct, but if JV has already begun after the 30 mill payment, at this point KDR will own 50% of the project at the point where 80 mill will be spend hence KDR share will be half of the expenditure.
