There are several announcements in the weeks after that describing the toluene leaching confirming liquid hydrocarbons, then this announcement which claims saturation >70%. I said 75% above but must have mis-remembered.

The use of toluene means this was a Dean-Stark extraction test which is the standard test used to directly measure water and oil saturation.
