I'm with you, these levels are unrealistic for this stock given the asset. One thing for sure in my judgement; is the 4.8c ps entitlement offer is "dead and buried" at these levels and they might need every bit of the 3 month period and some solid numbers in the next quarterly if they are to raise any funds via this current offer.
