I really hope for your sake you arent John Boardman, not only because of the way he traded his equity holding for a way out of the money call option and then unbelievably thought he could wiggle his way out of a legally binding deal - but to now be posting (again, assuming the name isnt a coincidence) insider information on a public forum, you could find yourself in even more legal strife than you already are in.
Lets hope for everyones sakes that isnt the case and you are an unrelated party just speculating.
