Can you blame them taking some money off the table? The shares and options they have are often partial compensation in the junior oil/resource companies and people need to understand that.

These guys are using the company as a lifestyle thing. They are there to further their careers. This isn't a hobby for them like it is for a lot of other companies, where the admin cash outflow per quarter is excessive compared to the cashflow in.
