that is the problem

the old ones are a noose around this company's neck

not sure if you understand, but each time these options (that were issued 18 months ago) get exercised, new shares are getting issued, for which the company gets the princely sum of 1c
vs 17c current
vs over $1 high

also.......
when any options are exercised by any option holder on any asx share, it has to be reported, so nothing good re housekeeping from where I sit.

in fact, it must be embarassing to have to report it


sure this is from dealings in the past, but there are millions (at least 10mill from memory) more still to be issued at 1c. People might say, get over it, or move on.... However, everytime I see a notice that there is more being exercised it effing churns my guts...... I am never going to see the 90c I paid, when the original holders can pay their 1c and sell at 17c...... I am not saying they are doing this, but, the possibility is there. They have paid 1c, and can just wait and wait. "So buddy, think we should wait until 21c ?" "No chief, let's smash it at 19c..... 19x our money is good enough for me" Maybe in the end, 5x their money might be good enough for them. Whatever price they like, it will be a cap on the stock. As I have said before, well done to them on a savvy deal. They restuctured it, they win. Way way too smart for fools like me. However, it is the rest of us, the company and the market that have to compete. That is what I call a noose. Almost a ransom.

The new management may well be brilliant, they will need to be, to overcome this issue. I wish them all the luck. They seem excellent so far.

In fact, as I am writing this checking my facts, I notice the the new MD has had to issue an announcement on this very issue. That is almost un-heard of. Funny stuff....NOT. Sick....YES.
