i didn't say the dividend was limited to earnings, I said the amount of the dividend that can be franked was limited by earnings.

There is no way PRG will pay an unfranked dividend, as that would be very harmful to many shareholders. Thus the only real question is how much of a franked dividend can it pay. Anyway we will know in a couple of weeks.
