    67% of shares voted in favour of the SOA.
    67% of voters voted in favour of the SOA.

    64% of voters voted in favour of the current board.

    Those numbers are pretty close. Looks like the people that voted in favour of the SOA continue to support the current board. CTP probably has more detailed analysis to show them if the votes came from the same people.

    Regardless, the votes are in, the situation is what it is, and now we all have to hope that, until another decision point occurs, that the board do the best for the shareholders.
