AQQ should win the court case, they have spent over $1M defending their sacking without compensation of the guys who got the project beautifully positioned at 1.4m ozs. Reason was to move control to IT offices in outer Melbourne. Whoever wins I think the loser will appeal - another 2 years and another massive legal bill for us.

Concentrate on the lack of input by current totally inexperienced management to properly develop this outstanding project
