Guys i am not trying to ramp or anything
But i will let you know something
This deal is impressive i will quickly lay it out this is infomation i have been able to get note( this is note investment advice do you own research )
1- kidman is almost free carried to plant completion (if you include the KDROoptions)
2- yes the 50 percent sale of the
lithium project but its a 50 year project (we are not talking about a small mine with a 3 year mine life most of us will be dead before its mined out)
3- the crown jewel is the refinery
This is a gaurded asset due to IP technical knowledge
4 - kidman has been able to gain a 50 percent ownership option of this asset
Note - the refinery is a business within itself ........
I will tell you a figure (i got these figure off a chinese friend
Cost to produce 1 tonne of carbonate
Is almost us$ 4000.00
It sells for between 15k to 25k per tonne
Now do the maths
At 40k per annum of lithium carbonate
Equals =
Subtract the cost =
Remember kidman owns half the refinery
The number are scary finance will not be a issue even at 400 million for kidman
This is a massive project
The best is if kidman get taken over SQM
Need to enter the bidding war as they might not want that new business partner
A fantastic deal
The reason the insto think the deal is great is it is estimate that kidmans share of the project will be
$ 2billion ,NTA to kidman
Fantastic deal
It will be intereting few months ahead
I do not think kidman will get to the mining stage they will get brought out
Thats my opinion
Do some research everyone
Do not get tricked into selling to cheaply
