    The only reason that i can see why the SP has not risen further is the all important quarterly which is due for release on the 26th of this month. My trading platform through bellpotter shows this as the date for upcoming events still even though big bad wolf emailed AGO about this and they stated there was no fixed date as yet for the quarterly release.
