Personally, I'd like to see some of the $6 a tonne profit returned to shareholders as a dividend. eg 1 cent a year. That would provide a 5% rate of return if the share price is 20cents and possibly 100% franked. Let the company spend some of the $9m a year profit on the graphite ($3M), and built up the bank balance for SCONI with the rest.
Unfortunately you see to many companies achieve a cash flow and then just spend, spend, spend and the next minute you looking for cash flow again.
MLM has excellent opportunities, but lets be a tortoise and not a hare.
