That's the way I've read the play, the conventional is pretty much a lock, but it's a small play and a fallback to give us some value if the HRZ cant be fracked.
Reports of 88E's death are greatly exaggerated. It just means we wont have the multiple bags that people were getting excited about should the HRZ not want to flow.
